start thumping the Bible to justify hate for homosexuality,
keep in mind that the Bible also condemns those who masturbate.
Unless you are masturbation free, based on the standards
of the Bible, you are no better off than the homosexuals
and other "sinners" described in the Bible.
So if you masturbate then biblically you're on the same
moral level as homosexuals or non-believers and have no
right to cast stones at others.
Not Just "the Bible"; rather, God, speaking through His
Prophets in the Bible, AND Jesus, speaking to all, in the
Bible. God, and His Son - the only Being who could state,
with Authority, what God believed - sharing an identical
condemnation of masturbation and lust.
Death for Spilling Seed
"And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came
to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he
spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed
to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the
LORD: wherefore he slew him also."
Some mistakenly argue this is not a condemnation of masturbation.
Wrong. See: http://www.rtforum.org/lt/lt67.html
Dictionary Definition of Onanism:
2. Coitus interruptus.
[After Onan, son of Judah (Genesis 38:9).]

Spilling Seed Makes You Unclean
"And if any man’s seed of copulation go out from him,
then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean
until the even. And every garment, and every skin, whereon
is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and
be unclean until the even."
Catholic Church Condemns Masturbation
The Catechism of the Catholic Church (1994 pp. 564-566)
lists six "Offenses against chastity": lust, masturbation,
fornication, pornography, prostitution, and rape.
"2352 By masturbation is to be understood the deliberate
stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual
pleasure. "Both the Magisterium of the Church, in the
course of a constant tradition, and the moral sense of the
faithful have been in no doubt and have firmly maintained
that masturbation is an intrinsically and gravely disordered
action." "The deliberate use of the sexual faculty,
for whatever reason, outside of marriage is essentially
contrary to its purpose." For here sexual pleasure is sought
outside of "the sexual relationship which is demanded by
the moral order and in which the total meaning of mutual
self-giving and human procreation in the context of true
love is achieved."
To form an equitable judgment about the subjects' moral
responsibility and to guide pastoral action, one must take
into account the affective immaturity, force of acquired
habit, conditions of anxiety, or other psychological or
social factors that lessen or even extenuate moral culpability.

"Prophets anciently and today condemn masturbation.
It induces feelings of guilt and shame. It is detrimental
to spirituality. It indicates slavery to the flesh, not
that mastery of it and the growth toward godhood which is
the object of our mortal life. No young man should be
called on a mission who is not free from this practice.”

"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou
shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever
looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery

For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that
